Manufacturing Strength
Our factory operates with the latest equipment, ensuring high production efficiency and flexibility for different order sizes. From concept to final product, we oversee every step to ensure precision and quality.
Production Process of Diatomite Stone Board
- Mixing: Diatomaceous earth, quartz sand, and plant fiber are placed into a filling barrel and thoroughly stirred.
- Layering: Using the flow slurry method, about 20 layers of materials are stacked and pressed under 5000 tons of pressure.
- Cutting: The material is cut into rectangular sheets measuring 1.22×2.44m.
- Autoclaving: The sheets are placed in an autoclave at 200°C and 10 standard atmospheres for 48 hours.
- Drying: The boards are baked on the drying line for 30 minutes.
- Sanding: Both sides of the board are sanded with an 80-mesh machine to create a clean, textured surface.
- Final Product: The finished boards have the following dimensions:
- Length and width: 2.44×1.22m
- Thickness: ~9mm (±0.5mm tolerance)
- Weight: ~35kg
Production Process for Wholesale Stone Bath Mats
- Cutting & Engraving
The diatomite boards are securely fixed, and cutting is done automatically using a computer-controlled program. For custom designs, engraving can be added based on customer requirements, creating unique patterns. - Polishing
The edges of the cut boards are smoothed into rounded R angles. The sides of the mat are finely ground to ensure a smooth, polished finish. - Dusting
Excess dust is quickly blown off using an air gun, keeping the product clean and ready for the next step. - Printing
UV printing is applied according to the customer’s custom designs and provided artwork, ensuring a high-quality, personalized finish.
Packaging Process for Wholesale Stone Bath Mats
- Custom Packaging Based on Client Specifications
We provide flexible packaging options to meet each client’s unique requirements. If you have specific packaging preferences or branding needs, we ensure that our team follows your guidelines precisely to achieve optimal product presentation and protection. - Standard Packaging Methods
For clients without specific packaging requests, we offer two standard packaging options:- Online Orders (Shipping)
- Option 1: Bubble column wrap + logistics box for maximum protection during transit.
- Option 2: EPE (expanded polyethylene foam) wrap + logistics box to ensure cushioning and impact resistance.
- Offline Orders (Retail/Direct Distribution)
- Packaging: Bubble bag + inner lining + logistics box. This method provides enhanced product protection for direct retail, and can maximize the filling of cabinets and save sea transportation logistics costs.
- Online Orders (Shipping)
- Final Carton Packing and Stacking
Once individually packaged, the stone bath mats are carefully placed into cartons. Each carton is arranged and stacked systematically to prevent shifting during shipping and ensure secure transit to the destination. - Shipment Dispatch
Once packed, the cartons are loaded and dispatched according to the agreed-upon logistics plan, ensuring timely and secure delivery of your order.

Quality Control at Every Step
You can’t afford to compromise on quality. That’s why we uphold strict quality control at every stage of production. Our products are certified to meet international standards like BSCI, SGS, ensuring consistent quality with every shipment.
- There is no obvious color difference between the same batch of products and the confirmed sample.
- The product can not be stained with blood, insects, glass, hair, or other things.
- There must be no visible crack, peeling, or delamination phenomenon.
- Inspection tool: calipers/electronic scale/ruler
- Mill depth of cut, Ridge width, etc.
- Length or width, Thickness: 9mm ±1mm
- Tools for test: a) Big-size glass panel; b) Level tester.
- Test: Put stone mats on the glass panel surface and make measurements by level tester, if the gap is over 2.0mm, sort
out and count it as a major defect. The quantity for the filler gauge measurement test is order qty/200, for example, the order qty is 4000 pcs, and 20 pcs will be for the filler gauge measurement test. - Visual check: Put stone mats on the glass panel surface and take a visual check, if a bow issue is found, sort it out and
make a gap measurement by level tester; if the gap is over 2.0mm, sort it out and count as a major defect. A visual check
will be performed for all sample sizes at the final inspection stage.
- Water absorption test: spray method.
- Spray 20cm away from the surface of the product three times, and take no specular reflection after absorbing water as the benchmark of absorption. Water absorption speed ≤15 seconds. Water droplets condense on the printing surface and pattern parts after encountering water, so the water absorption test does not refer to the printing surface then pattern parts.
- Printing contents should be clear, content correct, position correct;
- Damaged/deformed/moisture/dirty not allowed;
- Printing color and pattern refer to the signed samples.
